Pre Sales

① Free technical advisory services for users;

③ Invite users to our company to investigate the product design process and quality management system;

 

④ Assign technicians to design and select models for free according to site conditions and user requirements.

 

On Sales

In the manufacturing process of products, the customer's technical personnel are invited to our company to see the inspection of each process in the manufacturing process

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After Sales

① Carry out technical training according to user's requirement, and improve the product according to user's requirement;

 

② Resolutely implement the product "quality assurance" service policy;

 

③ Deal with and respond to customer complaints within 4 hours. CQA engineers are on standby 24 hours.

 

The FAE engineer shall not leave the site without the customer's permission until the quality customer complaints have been handled.
